EduCRAFT.center — Who we are
EduCRAFT.center is a volunteer, non-commercial initiative of professionals from different fields, based in Slovenia (EU). We joined forces to create synergy in innovation and in developing ideas and solutions that emerge through collaboration, learning, and real-world testing.
Our aim is to make a positive contribution to selected social challenges through creative, practical, and user-friendly approaches—while also creating a space for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Our focus areas (what we explore and build)
Depending on the project, our work may span:
- Everyday life skills and personal development
- Creativity and hands-on learning (making, practical workshops, prototypes)
- Responsible animal care, especially responsible dog ownership (care, grooming, training foundations)
- Community-building, including intergenerational learning
- Safe and inclusive digital learning environments, supported by modern platforms and learning-through-play approaches
- Digital and data literacy, including practical tech skills, spreadsheets, analytics, and working with public data
We primarily operate in Slovenia, while collaborating internationally when it aligns with our purpose (including EU-oriented collaborations and programs).
Our mission and approach
We believe the best learning happens when people can try, build, iterate, and share—not only listen. EduCRAFT.center focuses on:
- Practical learning by doing (community initiatives and online learning)
- Intergenerational learning (youth, adults, and seniors learning together)
- Digital safety and responsibility, especially for children and young people
- Respectful collaboration and a culture of dialogue, critical thinking, and non-violent conflict resolution
We also develop educational content in multiple formats—articles, videos, guides, templates, and other learning resources—so knowledge stays accessible beyond a single session.
